La Entrevista de Apego Adulto y
la Perspectiva Psicoanalítica
Un estudio de Caso Único

En este estudio de caso presentamos a una paciente femenina diagnosticada con trastorno narcisista de la personalidad y con organización límite. El trabajo versa sobre la interacción entre el apego y la perspectiva psicoanalítica. El analista describe sus impresiones de la entrevista inicial con la paciente y los pasos esenciales durante el tratamiento. La paciente fue entrevistada mediante la Entrevista de Apego Adulto y clasificada como “insegura preocupada”, con “estado mental desorganizado” respecto a su historial de pérdida y abuso. Se le pidió al analista comentar las características esenciales de la paciente que se obtuvieron de la Entrevista de Apego Adulto. Trataremos los aspectos convergentes y divergentes de la interpretación clínica y del apego en este caso individual.

In this single case study we present a female patient diagnosed with a narcissistic personality disorder and a borderline organization. The interplay between attachment and psychoanalytic perspective will be focused. The analyst describes his impressions of the initial interview with the patient and essential steps during treatment. The patient was interviewed with the Adult Attachment Interview and classified as “insecure preoccupied” with an “unresolved state of mind” concerning loss and abuse. The analyst was asked to comment the AAI's essential characteristics of this patient. We discuss converging and diverging aspects of clinical and attachment interpretation in this single case.
