Resumen:
La irrupción violenta del virus SARS-CoV-2 en nuestras consultas de atención psicoterapéutica afectó disruptivamente a la situación psicoanalítica definida por Bleger como “la totalidad de los fenómenos incluidos en la relación terapéutica entre el analista y el paciente” (Bleger, 1967). Se somete a revisión, desde la clínica, la incidencia de la pandemia COVID-19 y del confinamiento obligatorio sobre los distintos encuadres -internos y externos- que configuran el setting terapéutico y se analizan sus consecuencias en el paciente, en el terapeuta, en el vínculo terapéutico y en el centro físico que los acoge.

Abstract:
The violent irruption of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in our offices disruptively affected the psychoanalytic situation defined by Bleger as “the totality of the phenomena included in the therapeutic relationship between the analyst and the patient” (Bleger, 1967). The incidence of the COVID-19 pandemic and confinement on different settings -internal and external– that make up the therapeutic setting are reviewed from a clinical perspective. And their consequences for the patient, the therapist, the therapeutic bond between them and the physical center that welcomes them are also analyzed.
