Resumen:
Nota del comentarista: Este trabajo se puede interpretar como en una auténtica “declaración de motivos” del autor espléndidamente fundamentada y documentada. Es un texto muy consistente, concienzudo y condensado, y es por ello que resulta muy difícil de reseñar al consistir tal trabajo en resumir razonablemente un texto extrayendo lo fundamental del mismo. Aquí todo parece fundamental y el lector tiene que disculpar la transcripción literal de párrafos enteros dado que de otro modo se corre el peligro de falsear el pensamiento del autor.

Abstract:
Note of the commentator: This work can interpret like in authentic " declaration of motives " of the author splendidly based and documented. It is a very consistent, conscientious and condensed text, and is for it that turns out to be very difficult to outline on having consisted such work of summarizing reasonably a text extracting the fundamental thing of the same one. Here everything seems to be fundamental and the reader has to forgive the literal transcription of entire paragraphs provided that differently one runs the risk of falsifying the thought of the author.
