Resumen:
En este trabajo pretendo describir algunos problemas metodológicos (y las soluciones halladas) ligados con la investigación clínica sistemática de caso único y la posibilidad de reunir varios estudios singulares de casos, en particular cuando se adopta la perspectiva de la intersubjetividad. La primera parte está dedicada a examinar los criterios de Freud para el agrupamiento de casos únicos. En una segunda parte me refiero a las estrategias de análisis en la investigación sistemática de caso único y luego expongo generalidades sobre el método que vengo usando y refinando desde hace más de 10 años, el algoritmo David Liberman (ADL). En la tercera parte presento la síntesis de dos investigaciones. Una de ellas consiste en la comparación entre dos investigaciones: un estudio de caso único y un análisis de los relatos de 10 sujetos ante las láminas del TAT, todos ellos afectados de soriasis. La segunda investigación compara los resultados de los estudios sistemáticos de la primera entrevista con 8 pacientes afásicos. En la cuarta parte del trabajo me centro primero en la discusión de los problemas metodológicos de caso único cuando se parte de la perspectiva de la intersubjetividad. Sintetizo luego otras cuatro investigaciones. La primera consiste en el estudio de la primera sesión de 10 pacientes con sus respectivos terapeutas, y se centra en las diferencias entre los resultados cuando se enfoca o bien el vínculo extratransferencial del paciente, o bien sus actos en sesión, o bien la intersubjetividad. La segunda investigación consiste en el estudio y la sistematización de los atrapamientos clínicos en que participan paciente y terapeuta en la sesión, junto con el enfoque de la contratransferencia. La tercera estudia la complementariedad estilística entre paciente y terapeuta. La cuarta focaliza un momento de la primera sesión, cuando el terapeuta intenta alcanzar una sintonía con el paciente. En la quinta parte del trabajo estudio la intersubjetividad en contextos más amplios. Sintetizo primero una investigación sobre una sesión de terapia de pareja y por fin, de un modo más breve, resumo otras 5 investigaciones que focalizan vínculos fuera del contexto clínico.

Abstract:
In this paper I pretend to descrip a strategy and a method for the systematic clinical single-case research and the possibility of joining some of them from the intersubjetive perspective. The first part is devoted to examine Freud’s criterion for the joining of unique cases. In a second part the author refers to the analysis’s strategies in the systematic research of a single-case and then he describes generalities about the method he has been using and refining from more than 10 years, the David Liberman algorithm (DLA). In the third part the author presents the synthesis of two researches. One of them consisted in the comparison of two researches: a study of a single-case and an analysis of the narrations of 10 patients to the images of the Phillipson test, all of them with a psoriasis diagnostic. The second research compares the outcomes of the systematic researches of the first interview with 8 aphasic patients. In the fourth part he focus first in the discussion of the methodological problems of single-case from the intersubjective perspective. Then he summarizes other four researches. The first one is about the study of the first session of 10 patients with their corresponding therapist. It is centered on the comparison among the outcomes of the studies having three different focus: the patient’s extra-transference link, his enacted episodes in session and the intersubjectivity. The second research consists of the study and the systematization of the clinical traps in which patient and therapist participate in session, and in the counter-transference. The third one studies the stylistic complementarity between patient and therapist. The fourth one emphasizes a moment of the first session, when the therapist intends to reach an attune with the patient. In the fifth part of the paper the author studies the intersubjectivity in more extensive contexts. The author first summarizes a research on a couple’s session and finally, he summarizes other five researches which emphasize links out of the clinical .
