Resumen:
Es objetivo del presente trabajo, realizar a partir de la reflexión de mi práctica, algunos aportes a la intervención psicológica con mujeres que han sufrido violencia desde el marco de la terapia psicoanalítica relacional. Es importante tener presente que nuestros primeros vínculos interpersonales fueron internalizados constituyendo nuestra subjetividad, y estos continúan funcionando en nuestras relaciones interpersonales, en la manera en como vemos el mundo, sentimos, pensamos, actuamos. A su vez, estos patrones de relación se reproducen en el vínculo con el terapeuta y están ahí jugando, susceptibles de ser traídos, para ser analizados y no sólo actuados, favoreciendo el cambio. Así el vínculo terapéutico se presta para sostener, o afirmar dando una oportunidad a nuevas experiencias reestructurantes para el sujeto. Expondré un pequeño marco teórico, partiendo del eje transversal de género, hacia la intervención especifica desde lo vincular. Se ilustra mediante un caso clínico enmarcado en el diagnóstico de estrés post traumático crónico y complejo (Herman Judith, 1997).

Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to layout some personal reflections from a psychoanalytical relational therapy perspective shedding light on the psychological treatment of female victims of domestic violence bytheir own partners. It´s important to keep in mind that our earliest interpersonal ties were internalized thereby developing into our subjectivity, and that these ties continue to work in our interpersonal relationships in the way in which we see the world, we feel, think and act. Similiarly these relationship patterns are reproduced in the link between patient and therapist and there they are, susceptible to being brought out in the open and be analyzed and not only triggered, favouring the change. Thus the therapeutic link supports or affirms and thus provides the subject with the opportunity for new restructuring experiences. I will put forward a simple theoretical framework covering a range of gender issues, getting to the specifics of the intervention from the relational perspective. A clinical case classified as chronic, complex post-traumatic Stress Disorder (Herman Judith, 1997) illustrate the proposed framework.
